Following our successful previous collaborations with Better Start Bradford, we were delighted to once again partner with their team, this time to design a suite of 14 Project Impact Reports.
The objective was to create a cohesive set of documents that clearly showcase the legacy, outcomes, and impact of Better Start Bradford’s individual projects. Each report needed to effectively communicate key achievements and insights to a wide range of stakeholders, including funders, partners, and the local community.
The challenge lay in balancing consistency and individuality, maintaining a unified visual identity across all reports while allowing flexibility for project-specific content, imagery, and colour themes.
Our approach began with a kick-off meeting to confirm the project scope, expectations, and key deliverables. From there, we focused on developing one initial design concept that would act as the master template for all subsequent reports.
This template incorporated Better Start Bradford’s brand guidelines, tone, and visual assets, ensuring each document felt unmistakably part of the same family. Once approved, the design would serve as the blueprint for the remaining reports, providing both efficiency and consistency throughout the production process.
Throughout the project, we worked closely with the Better Start Bradford team to review, refine, and adapt layouts as needed and maintaining open communication and flexibility to ensure every report met their expectations.
Each Project Impact Report included:
These reports have become a powerful storytelling tool for Better Start Bradford, showcasing real outcomes, celebrating the successes of each project, and inspiring continued collaboration with partners and funders.
The final collection is both informative and visually engaging, capturing the professionalism, accessibility, and community spirit at the heart of Better Start Bradford’s work.
